Pregnancy and Workout

After I found out that I am pregnant, the next thing came to mind is how do I workout? Couple of months I did pilates and it worked for me to reduce my weight. I'm afraid after get birth, my body will get too much weight.

    Waktu abis lahiran, badan malah langsing bin kurus karena ASIX, habis berhenti asi pas Little Bee 2 tahun, badan langsung melar huhuhu...makanya mau gak mau harus pilates deh ^_^
